About Angela
I’m an Educational Strategist and the founder of The English Effect. I work with school districts, girls, and women who are standing at a career transition, an education decision, or a major life pivot, and who need more than encouragement — they need a strategist who has actually built the bridge before, not just studied it.
My methodology isn’t borrowed from a textbook. It’s lived. Every framework I use was tested first in my own life, then refined across three decades in classrooms and hallways with real students and real families navigating real stakes.
I don’t coach from theory. I strategize from having been the girl with no path, the teen mother with no one to model from my view and the educator who decided to build the model herself.
