The college attainment gap heavily impacts the city's minority and low-income population. State data tracks that about 30.2% of Metro Detroit students from a representative cohort earned a postsecondary 4-year degree within 6 years of graduation, tracking slightly under the statewide average of 31.7%.

Her Pathway is our In-School semester long cohort. It was built to close the gap between a student who qualifies for college and one who actually gets there — designed by an educator who spent over 30 years inside the buildings you’re leading.

Her Pathway is specifically designed for the girl who faces the greatest barriers and receives the least support. It is not a support group. It is structurally aligned with CTE and SEL programs and produces a personalized pathway plan every student authors herself. It includes a seven module curriculum.
